We accept payment through the following methods  :

• Wallets – Mobikwik, Jiomoney, Freecharge
• UPI- Bhim, PhonePe, Gpay, Paytm, Whatsapp & other UPI

• We currently do not provide COD for Shipping via Post on any of our carrier partners- Delhivery or India Post.
• However, we have an option of ‘Pay on Pickup’. This option if only available if you choose ‘Pickup from our Store’ as a Shipping option. You can pay via cash, Gpay, Upi, etc when you reach our counter.

There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

• Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
• If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at info@kitabmafia.com

We are shipping in almost all locations in India.

To check if we ship at your Pincode:

• Go to the ‘Shopping Cart Page’
• Click on the ‘Calculate Shipping’ link
• Enter your address & voila. If you get shipping quotes then we are delivering them to you else check for an alternate pin code.

We provide the following shipping options at checkout:

• Shipping by Post-
  • Ship by Delhivery Standard
  • Ship by Delhivery Express
  • Ship by India Post

• Local Pickup from our Store (Valid in Dehradun nnly)
• Door Delivery (Valid in Dehradun only)

1. ‘Local pickup‘ has no shipping charge.
2. ‘Door Delivery’  is charged by distance between our store’s location and shipping address.
   • For the 1st 2 km we charge Rs.25 & then for each Km we charge Rs.10.
     • If shipping address is 1.9 km away from our store then a flat charge of Rs.25 will be charged.
     • If Shipping address is 4.6 km away from our store then for the 1st 2km-Rs.25 will be charged and for the next 2.6 km -Rs.26 will be chaged as Rs.10 per km. Total will be Rs.25+ Rs.26=Rs.51
   • There is no limitation on the weight as long as it can be easily carried on a Bike or Activa. As a rule of thumb a package under 10kg can be easily delivered in one go.
   • We will either deliver via ‘Swiggy Genie’ or Self.
3. ‘Ship by Post’ orders are charged by Weight of package & Distance.
   • The total weight of the package is calculated by adding the weight of individual products.
   • Distance is roughly calculated by distributing pincodes in different shipping zones
   • A rough calculation is given below:
     • Delhivery charges weight per 500 grams. The following table shows the rates as per shipping zone & weight:
     • India Post takes a flat rate up to 2 kg and then the rate increases per kg. The following table shows the rates as per shipping zone & weight:

The delivery time depends on the shipping carrier you choose :

Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, covid-19 complications etc.)
