1. Payment Policy

We accept payments through Debit Card, Credit card & Internet Banking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay and Amex.

Currently we do not accept ‘Cash on Delivery’

2. Shipping Policy

We are shipping in all locations in India.

Once we receive the order we will process it in 0-4 days. In-stock items will be fulfilled immediately. In case a book is expected to be come in stock soon we will inform you via email. If you allow we will hold your order for that period else refund the money in your account. For refund time frame and procedure please visit our Refund Policy.

3. Local Delivery Options:

These shipping options are valid for options in and near Dehradun only. Please enter your pincode on address page to find out whether they apply to you or not.

4. Door delivery via ‘Swiggy Genie’:
  1. After you receive the order fulfillment mail Open the Swiggy app.
  2. Find ‘Genie’ on the swiggy home screen.
  3. Choose ‘Pickup or Drop any items’
  4. Enter our store’s address as pickup point- 82 Nehar Wali Gali, Moti Bazaar, Dehradun. Enter Contact number as- 7456046580, Contact name- Prayas.
  5. Select a delivery address. Fill your complete address. Please enter the ‘contact number’ and ‘contact name’ as filled on our site.
  6. Click on add task details. Choose ‘Documents or books’. In more details option enter your order number.
  7. On the lower screen Swiggy has a question -‘Does this task need extra payment?’. Enter’ ‘No’, Because you have already paid on our site.
  8. Click on on ‘Pay now and place order’.
  • Note- Delivery can take place only during the time our shop is open.  Please check our current store timings from Google/Facebook or you can inquire on call.

6. Shipping by Post:
  • We send all orders through either ‘Delhivery‘ or ‘India Post’
  • We deliver within India only.
  • The Shipments are charged by Weight of package & Distance. For exact rates click on ‘add info’ in front of ‘Shipping’ on ‘Your Cart Page’.
    • Delhivery charges weight per 500 grams. The following table shows the rates as per shipping zone & weight:

      • India Post takes a flat rate upto 2 kg and then rate increases per kg. So if you order a single item or multiple items with weight under 2 kg, the shipping cost remains the same. The following table shows the rates as per shipping zone & weight:

      • Note- the total chargeable weight is inclusive of the packing material.
    • Please find the estimated time for each zone. Note- Due to Covid-19 pandemic shipping time may increase by 1 or 2 days.
